Book

For many years I’ve had friends tell me I should write a book, generally people who have read my work and think I have a gift for writing.

Conventional wisdom states that you should write about what you know. I spent over 20 years as a hospice chaplain and I gained a great deal of wisdom in my ministry with patients, families and teammates.

While there is no shortage of books on end of life and dying I noticed that these books tend to be more philosophical than practical and that’s what I intend to write. So often I’d hear someone say something along the lines of “OK, I have this terminal diagnosis. Now what do I do?”

I hope to answer that question.
